Hotels set the prices with travel agents from march each year. They went up heaps this year so cant see it being any different in future.
bali is so popular again now that competion is not a problem for them. Tourists will just pay the higher price or go to the cheaper budget hotels and avoid the high priced resorts. Thats what we and all our friends are already doing. But we are building our own villa as well, so wont be a bother anyway.
