i have 3 girls so I know that all girls are very different. My suggestions are as we stay in sanur all the time. Pedicure, manicure, cremebaths. There are some nice little clothing shops all along the main strip. Your hotel is on the sanur bypass road so they will need to get a taxi to the main strip in sanur. Yes send them into kuta. A driver for the day would be better and safer for them. They can go to kuta square, down to centro which has the best hairdresser I have ever been to and more trendy shops. On the way back to sanur they can venture through legian and upmarket seminyak. i have left my email open if you want to chat.
