from AirAsia because of overbooking but I have experienced an overbooked Garuda flight which worked out really well for us. They rang us a couple of days before and offered us another flight plus a huge refund. The alternative flight actually turned out to be much better for us so we took it as a win.
With AirAsia though, if you are really worried, make sure you pre-book your seat as a precaution. I've flown many times with AirAsia though and have never heard of overbooking. The planes have been very full however :)
