It is 30RM or about $10 Aud. The small screens are on the back of the seats and because the back of the seat. They are much better than the Jetstar portable system and the choices are better too.
I flew from Perth to KL and back. The flight was good other than the seat area being a little cramped and the chairs not moving much. On a short flight it is okay but we were diverted to Melbourne then back to Perth on the way back. It was a very long flight but they gave us a free meal from Melbourne to Perth and a food voucher at the Melbourne airport. For a low budget airline that was pretty good going.
