Can anyone please provide a rough idea of immigration/baggage wait time at 11.15pm. We are flying Pacific Blue and I have a 2 and 4 year old and want some idea of waiting time so I can contemplate trying Vip VOA. Have always been through in 30mins on previous trips during the day...very lucky! Thanks
