Haven't heard of Tunas or had any dealings with them but if your hotel of choice isn't answering emails could be either they are fully booked for the time you want (October is very busy) or they are so busy at the moment (Ramadan and lots of visitors to Bali) that they just haven't the staff to manage the amount of emails coming in. Also be careful of some agents saying they can get you a booking and then when you arrive there is no record of said booking. I would keep trying direct, there is a post further down about this hotel and reservations.
