Different atms have different withdrawal amounts, the one we found the best was 3,000,000 rupiah on Kartika Plaza but I believe it has moved down further into Tuban from Kuta.
Also the machine will spit out denominations that is shown on the atm, some have 100,000 notes some have 50,000 notes.
Also the machine will spit your card out last so don't forget it as your pin is still in the machine and the next person coming along can wipe your account clean.
You can only withdraw the amount you have as a limit with your bank for each day, so just do multiple withdrawals until you get your limit.
The machine will ask what language you want to transact in at the start.
The fees charged will depend on your account with the Commonwealth bank.
Your printed statement at the machine will be printed in rupiahs not dollars.
