I have had several telephone dealings with Air Asia lately about my trip I booked online. Easy peasy.
I realise that bookings must be made online but thereafter instead of using their crappy website for managing bookings why not just phone? Be sure to record the name of the person you speak to - make him/her aware that you are taking down the name - ask for spelling etc. This way you are far more likely to get good service & correct information.
Whenever dealing with anyone at any organisation anywhere I always make a point of asking for the person's name, position etc. Get him/her to spell it out. Once the person at the other end of the phone realises that he/she will be accountable then you should get the correct response.
