Travelling in April. Have emailed the resort directly twice now and no response. Using the sales at Kutalagoon Resort email address from their website. This is our first option for accommodation in the Legian/Kuta area - however not impressed that I haven't heard back. (Ubud Accommodation choice got back to me within 2 hours - hoping that is a good sign of their customer service)
