They sell all sorts of luggage. We bought 2 backpacks (not 70 litre) and 3 suitcases from Kuta store for (120000 backpacks) and (249000 suitcases). There are also specialty shops in the discovery plaza. The street stalls do sell backpacks but not sure about the quality. I don't think you will have any trouble finding what you want, just ask around when you get there and someone will point you in the right direction.
