the cremation starts you could simply take it easy. Stay overnight in Sanur and still be on Lembongan by 10AM on the Friday. This is by using every day transport. For example the Fun Ship leaves Benoa and is there by 10AM. The cost of this is $35US.
However it seems you are willing to pay for a speed boat. Why not meet the guys early on Friday morning and cruise over there by 8AM.
By rushing things you could end up like the group who drowned going there last week.
