Having travelled BC regularlywith Garuda and 4 times Star Class with Jetstar, I say loudly, DO NOT USE JETSTAR.
It is not Business Class, the staff are (mostly) young and scatty and not properly qualified to assist those with special needs.
The traveller has to juggle trays, video units, drinks etc on their lap if wanting to eat, the food is not good and the service is poor to say the least.
The seats are wider and deeper in Garuda and the cabin is small, quiet and private, with excellent staff.
No comparison, go Garuda.
