the staff really won't care, they work in reverse, it amazes me how slow they are and I'm sure they do it on purpose.
With only 120 people on board the morning we landed at 8.20 and we didn't get out until 9.45, I tried to find an offical and let me tell you there was no one in site to ask.
As I stated on my JBR there was only one person when we arrived at immigration and only one person on the visa counter to collect your money. There was just no one else around.
Considering the demage of 44 staff have done to the country you would think they would want to be oblidging, but quite honestly there are miserable lot at immigration. You stand watching them and what goes through my mind is, is this the start of our holiday.
As for the peoples refund there is none. What happened is they stamped their visa with the right days but the money was recorded as $10usd pocketing 15USD from each person.
So 293000 USD went missing and they didn't sack them, they are making them repay the money. I thought stealing is stealing and had it been one of us, we would of been jailed for 20 years. There is no justice when it comes to their own.
If you find a website that we could write a complaint, let us know and we could just drop them a line informing them of the long wait we have when we arrive however I feel it will fall on deaf ears.
There was one person who filmed the practise at the airport and sent the video to the Minister and he said he would fix it, looks like he did they now go slower than ever.
