You need to click on Dons Bali Guide on the left and wait paitently for it to open, there is a comprehensive price list in there.
The first few times I didnt think the Dons link was working but it takes a few minutes to load...well for me it did anyway.
I am not sure if the link will work but if you search the archives for dons bali guide you will find a working link.
