Gardenia is just around the corner from SBV so is in easy walking distance.
Hardy's is a supermarket which has some small shops in the front foyer area and then a department store type setup upstairs. Billy's is just past Hardy's on the opposite side of the road. Both could be in walking distance if you don't mind walking a little way. We just tended to have Gede call us a taxi which meant it was then only a couple of minutes drive and very cheap to get to. Both Gardenia and Billy's had nice food at reasonable prices. Prices in Sanur are much the same as Kuta, Legian etc. Ron will be able to give you plenty of info once you are there of great places to eat etc.
