I was wondering what the experience has been of passengers travelling this route. I understand that the aircraft is new and I am looking forward to that aspect. I was wanting to know more about the experience getting through customs, finding your way around at the airport in jakarta and logistics such as terminals and timing to get through customs etc then over to where the flight departs for Denpasar.
