First timers to Perth

Can any one tell us, is the domestic terminal with the international terminal at the Perth airport?
If we arrive in Perth on a redeye flight from the eastern states, is the airport open all night? If not, where would be the closest and cheapest accomodation for the night. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
