Ist of all, I haven't stayed at either, however I have walked through the kumala pantai for a sticky beak and I was very impressed. The All Seasons looks nice, however a little like a concrete jungle (my opinion only).
The kumala pantai is in the bettetr location, beachfront whereas the all seasons is not. Kumala pantai has fantastic restaurants surrounding it and great spots to watch the sunset.
The price you are being quoted is a good price, as I got prices for October this year and they quoted me 650,000 for the school holidays and that is for 1 deluxe room. Being on the beach is great fun for the kids as there is always a hive of activity going on down there.
