A quick 5 night trip again for work. Thought Id try a JBR that hopefully may help some newbies. My 4th trip in 18 months.

Flew Jetstar for the 1st time. My advice, don't bother. Not one flight was on time, not one attendant that remotely wanted to help you or maybe even crack a smile. We paid for a meal and entertainment for both legs and only got it for one. DO NOT bother buying a meal, a 2 day old vegemite sanger would be an improvement on the tripe we were served.

Poor guy next to us had a collapsing seat. Which probably would have helped me as the seat in front of me reclined so far back i could have licked his ear if i was bored enough. We didn't crash which was the highlight of the trip.

Anyhoo onto the fun stuff, Dynasty currently is operating at 90% and very different from our last trip in February. It is extremely busy, although the service doesn't falter, very clean and friendly staff however i struggled to get by the pool and breakfast is like feeding time at the zoo. Very loud very busy and like a childcare centre. Food is still great though.

Dynasty for a first timer is a great location. With ample restaurants out the front you really can't go wrong.I was annoyed we hadn't gone to Queens of India in the past, service and price fantastic even though it looks expensive. Wasn't to keen on the italian place across the road had better pizzas elsewhere. Thai restaurant is good. Kodak shop to your left next to dvd's and a shop that has most things and just a little further up phone cards.

Just wanted to make note that I am confidant someone attempted to deceive/rob me by telling me i had dropped money on the street, he told me to check my bags when i noticed him looking over my shoulder at someone and im sure he was waiting for me to get out my wallet. So i just kept walking.

Discovered more of legian this trip and had a nice arvo watching the crows WHIP WA in the AFL at Bianco's.

Legian Art Markets are a really lovely market compared to Kuta IMO.

Did anyone find a bag of kids clothes at Biancos after we left??? Dammit, always bound to forget something after too many bintangs.

I have a question for seasoned travellers...after all the security you go through to get to the international departure lounge how does that annoying guy still keep getting in there asking everyone for australian coins???
