The cocktails were 58 000r out of happy hour and buckets were 120 000rp. But happy hour was the best time to buy - cocktails were 24 000 (3 dollars) or a bucket for 60 000r (7.50). I am pretty sure non-residents (as in not staying at resort) can go there as you don't have to book drinks to a room if you don't wish - you can pay in rp.
