I wish that I was as lucky as you with my mistakes, would you like to fill out my next lotto ticket ?

The de-luxe rooms are good, they have all been upgraded from the older standard rooms. See if you can get 552 Lima Lima Dua.It's up a flight but there's a nice view of the gardens and pool, you will get either Rinni or Ayu as your housemaids and they are lovely.

There are three pools at Novotel Tanjung Benoa. One large one adjacent to the beach which has a kiddies pool to the side of it.

There is another large pool across the road with the Crockiss bar and restaurant at the end.

We have stayed there twenty odd times and quite honestly would not
stay anywhere else. You will be well pleased about your mistake believe me.

Try and meet Wibowa for a genuine Balinese cultural chat and a tour of the village, ask him when will he do his puppet show, its well worth a look. The entertainment by the staff every night is excellent.

If you buy fresh fish at the Tanjung Benoa traditional market take it
to Mardi ( lady chef ) in Coco's restaurant and she will cook it for you. ( Two fresh Marlin off the boat for 16,000.)

The breakfast choice is immense, eggs to die for, best breakfast cooks in Bali are the two ladies that do the omelettes, they are not usually working the same day. A bit Laurel and Hardyish in build, large and small. If you want a good laugh ask the larger of the two for Eggs Benedict and she will tell you that she doesn't do Eggs Benedict.AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOUR your reply to her should be "Bollocks" at which she will drop the pan and spatula, burst out in hysterical laughter and probably look for me. At least she will be well aware of where you got this information from.

If you like a coffee latte get one at Coco's bar on the beach, we taught them everything you've ever wanted to know about, and always been afraid to ask about, Copi Latte, ask for it Panas acali,( hot )and no garlic !

Seven excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

I'm not going to wish you a good stay there because it's going to happen.

Please say hello to them for me. I'm Ibu Tricia to them. Thankyou.

Counting the sleeps till January.
