I work on the theory .. declare it, show them and then you dont get a black mark against your name for not declaring something you should of.
My friend didnt declare something once, and she now has the mark against her name and is so paranoid she's gonna get caught with something coz she's on their list. So she makes a point of taking a packet of biscuits and declaring them, just to try clear her reputation...LOL :)
