I got high rate from Central Money Changer in Kuta. About driver, you my have a driver there, going on tour with taxi is more expensive , driver rate is from IDR 300,000 to IDR 400,000, and for pick up airport rate is about IDR 100,000 to 150,000 depend on your hotel area.
