Go for a walk up towards jayakata hotel and turn right into rum jungle road and about 50 metres up is permata bank with an ATM with security guards outside.
Acepts most cards and you can get 3million rp at a time out.
Then go inside bank and change about 1 mill into smaller notes.
Just remember that card comes out last in atms in bali so dont forget to pick it up
Ask people how to get to garlic lane and go to ketuts shop where evrything is fixed price with a great range.Have a great time
