Netcare is providing the service once again, they meet you at the escalator, take you to a lounge and settle you in, take passport, visa money and luggage tags and attend to all, then collect you and take you outside the front. This is good for elderly people I would not use it myself but if someone is travelling alone and anxious it is well worth the $45.00 AUS
