We did these outlets about a month ago. Jump in taxi - most know where to go. Address is JL Bypass Ngurah Rai 417B - 2 shops together - stock most brands. Billabong outlet is about 400 metres away - walk out of first outlets & turn left. My teens (14 & 16)bought heaps of stuff both summer & winter. Do allow plenty of time as racks & racks of stuff to go through & seemed much quieter early morning. Found everything a lot cheaper than in Oz. Cheers, Deb.
