Do I need to worry

Hi everyone

Have just gone onto the Jetstar website to have a look at my booking, jus wanting to check on departure times as I have read they tend to change. When I entered my booking reference and name, i was told there was no booking matching my ref number. I have had an email confirming booking and receipt for payment....do you think i need to call jetstar direct or is this what happens when all confirmations have been sent?
