Mandira is across the road on Jln Padma.
A bit down the road away from the beach on Jln Padma is Legian Village, Rama Garden, Casa Padma.
On Jln Padma Utara (the street that runs alongside the Padma) there is Garden View, Three Brother's Bungalows, All Season's, Je Je's, Grand Sinar Indah & then Melasti Beach Resort.
Some of those mentioned are more budget in price.
Probably the cheapest, closest & most direct route to the Padma would be Legian Village.
