We booked through wotif, the couple we went with booked throug Agoda. I think that we both paid around $130 per couple. The inclusions were the same, 1 nights accom, welcome drink, fruit basket, park entry, safari tour and breakfast. The elephants were not included, I would think that you would need to book directly with Mara River Lodge if you wanted that included. My suggestion would be to book through one of the agencies (my parents recently booked through Asi rooms) and then book your elephant ride when you get there. It is well worth it. My only tip would be to take your own nibbles and drinks as very $$$$$$. We had dinner in the restaurant there which was very reasonable and yummy for food but the cost of a cocktail was 100,000rp++ and the beer was up around 40,00rp++. Have fun.
