If you are "moving towards booking" then best you move quickly as you have chosen two very popular hotels.
Given that the masses are now going to be doing the same thing because of the cheap flights that have been made available you may be too late to secure rooms at all let alone the ground floor by the pool.
You may just need to be a skypilot to even catch a glimpse of what you want.
