Ditto to the comments regarding the apartments. We stayed in a hotel owned apartment for just 2 nights during our trip in July, before moving to a privately owned apartment. Even though they have the same layout etc, they have been renovated (painted, new kitchen, 2 DVD players, water dispenser, microwave, wine & beer glasses etc etc) and are thoroughly cleaned every day. I would never stay in the hotel owned apartments, but love the privately owned apartments - and they are about 50% of the cost. They book out fast though.
