.. is considered safe so the issues to be considered are coping with the complications of early pregnancy. The main two to consider are coping with some of the more common early pregnancy symptoms (such as nausea, vomitting etc) which may make the trip unpleasant - and of course the risk of miscarriage which is highest in the 1st trimester.
If you were my client my advice to you would depend on a few factors (a) how your first pregnancy went, (b) your age & family history, (c) how far the flight to Bali is - eg are you coming Perth or London!, (d) how comfortable you would be with seeking medical care in Bali if necessary etc, and (e) how long you have been trying for a pregnancy.
In general I would say the greatest risk would be of miscarriage. About 15-20% of confirmed pregnancies end in miscarriage with 80 percent of these losses occurring before 12 weeks. If you do discover you are pregnant before you leave an early pregnancy scan which shows a heartbeat reduces this risk to around 4%.
