virgin blue is really like a premium airline these days, you cant really compare AirAsia with Virgin Blue, AirAsia is a low low cost airline with indonesia crew, so they pay their crew peanuts. Virgin Blue pay their Australian Crew australian dollars at Australian rates, so they will never ever be as cheap as AirAsia, its the old story of you get what you pay for!!!!!
