Hi Jan...I looked at your gallery and was delighted to see my old friend - the blue gecko with brown freckles!!! We used to stay in the villa house at the bottom, even before they split it into Room 1 and 2. Now we stay in the room nearest the shrine - which has become in my heart 'my shrine' in Bali. We have booked for September, which is why I dare to spread the word....haha. Can't wait to eat those banana pancakes for breakfast, chicken noodle soup for lunch and fabulous fish dishes at night. Can't wait to see all the guys - and the girls in the kitchen. I feel like a teenager whose heart yearns to see their true love again. My husband says it is the one place he knows for sure he will truly relax and recharge his batteries. My work computer desktop has been WWWWII pix for the last two months!
