or were these monies sent to IndoJet Asia in Indonesia - to be then paid to OzJet? Based on records from OzJet's meeting of Creditors, it would appear that it is IndoJet Asia which is a substantial debtor of OzJet - and not the other way around as now being given as an excuse for non-payment of refunds.

Perhaps IndoJet - if it has nothing to hide - could provide its ticketholders/creditors with proof of payment for their tickets to OzJet. IndoJet, had they paid substantial monies to OzJet, should have been represented at the initial OzJet Creditors' Meeting. Those who have lodged refund requests should be provided with details of how IndoJet represented their interests at the OzJet Creditors' Meeting. If, however, IndoJet (Asia or Perth) was actually a Debtor of OzJet at the time of its demise - which from all reports appears to be the case - then they would surely have been conspicuous by their absence at the Creditors' Meeting.

Based on IndoJet's track record of lack of honesty, integrity and transparency in its dealings with its clients/creditors to date, this happening would be as likely as "pigs flying"!!
