on the main Sanur Bypass Road, you will need transport to get anywhere and everywhere, walking distance to Sanur beach/markets etc. would be too far and dangerous. Sorry haven't stayed there but have rode past heaps of times. Many people love it and return year after year, loads of posts in the archives about SPPS.
