Anniekins pretty well covered it.
Tourist market ten minute walk away toward Nusa but expensive,
better off at the shops at the traffic lights near Nusa Trad market.
There is a paved footpath along the beach at the back of your hotel which you can walk to Bali Collection at Nusa Dua. If you don't want to walk it there is a shuttle bus on the hour ( twenty past ) from your hotel.Or you can hire a push bike.
Try a day at Geger beach, cab ride at little cost.
You have a DVD store almost opposite down the side, it is signposted.
Water sports, Apollo are on your doorstep and are safe.
Cross the road and a five minute walk toward Tanjung will get you to Coco's. Foodwise Hardy's have it all downstairs, upstairs for clothing.
If you want an inexpensive tailor there's one on the waterside walk in the village.
There are plenty of good retaurants on the other side of the road in both directions.
Traditional market in Tanjung Benoa if you want fresh inexpensive fish
but forget it if you are not an early riser.
If you want a good relaible driver walk down to the Grand
Mirage and ask for Made.
Your hotel does a roast on Thursday evenings, do yourself a favour, avoid it as the new cook hasn't got a clue especially when he mixes brown sauce and water for gravy.
Hope this helps. Lucky do-er you, wish I was going.
