We filled out a form that our credit card company sent us and emailed it back to them last week with all the emails we have received from Island Bound and Indo Jet. Our credit card provider didn't say that they weren't going to give us a refund just that they are going to look into the matter. So our fingers crossed and hopefully everything will be ok. We booked in January for the July school holidays.
Can you please let me know what the Travel Compensation Fund had to say to you. Just in case we don't have any luck with the Credit Card people.
