back to normal, will repeat tonight before bed and hopefully will be much better in the morning.
Will repeat tomorrow as well, give it a go, it will help my daughter is a phamacy manager and she knows whats best however if you find it travels to the chest get to Doctors straight away as you will need antibotics okay, the last thing you want is a chest infection.
If you get worst there is a Doctor at Mercy Hospital Guildford which is opened till 10pm at night, a little expensive but worth knowing that you can see someone in a hurry.
