This happened to me when we purchased two crusies and the company went under, couldn't do reversal because it was over the 3 months.
They are a bunch of Ba****d.
I wrote on the forum before if 3 months passed they would not credit on credit card and got blasted by people on the forum. I knew this was true because it happened to me.
I do hope you can get a reversal but they can't get the money out of nothing if they have none.
They should declare liquidation and maybe insurance might pay, but I doubt that too as mine didn't either.
What happened to their insurance they were suppose to have that was suppposed to cover any losses by their customers. That's probably Bullsh*t too.
Our friends also have lost out with Indojet and they are so angry because they paid cash to them.
I am so sorry, but I do sincerley hope you get the money back.
When compass went down my sister received a cheque 11 years later she was so shocked, because it was well forgotten by her and totally surpised to get a cheque for full refund.
It's been 7 years and I haven't gotten anything from the cruises and I know we won't ever.
There may be some hope.
