I have used the services of Bali Friendly on a number of occasions over the past couple of years and have nothing but praise for the level of professional and personal service they provide.
My dealings have mainly been with Teguh and Ketut. Their follow-through is excellent. If they do not have the property you are seeking they will make suggestions for you. Their prices are really good too.
Although the company originally started as catering for the "Pink Market" they are now very mainstream in their client base.
I am sure you will not be disappointed in your dealings with them.
