I think you will find their budget rooms are under $50 a night.The rooms are large,well appointed and they have all been freshly painted and look great. The rates are dearer on the Internet but don't be put off by that. Email and ask them for their best price.
I know that they won't drop their price for the more expensive rooms but I do know they have for their budget rooms.
This is a small hotel and everything about the hotel is quite lovely.
