at the more "upmarket" cafe's like Grocer and Grind ? I'm a decaf girl at home but for some reason I can have 1 Bali Coffee at breakkie and still manage to sleep at night !! Oh and I think the Coffee Shop at Beach Melati (Jln Padma Utara Legian) also had decaf !!
