We are heading over tomorrow and our grand daughter will be travelling with us. She is 17 months. Our daughter is concerned about the transport situation and we have managed to purchase an as new baby seat from another Australian couple that stay at the same place as us. It fits in using the seat belts in the rear (not all cars in Bali have seat belts in the rear) and we have organised a suitable car and driver. To answer your question, my research says that they do not have anchor points. I have done a check of our drivers 2 year old deluxe Toyota Kijang (the model with rear seat belts!) and it certainly did not have anchor points. If you are going anywhere near Ubud I can organize to pass it on to you at cost after we are finished with it thisnext week.
