they your Domestic Flight DPS/CGK will arrive into Terminal 2 - the International Terminal. ALL Garuda Flights both Domestic and International Arrive/Depart from Terminal 2.
Your baggage will have been checked-through to SYD from Bali so there is no need to worry about anything but your Hand Baggage.
In the 3 Hour Transit in Jakarta you will have time to source a lounge in which to relax. You may not be able to use the Garuda Executive Lounge (even at an extra charge) as their regulations here are VERY different to the Lounges at Ngurah Rai in Bali.
For the CGK/SYD sector, you should be flying one of Garuda's brand new A330-200's. Economy Class seats have 32" pitch and 6" recline; they also have 9" touch-screen LCD's in back of each seat. The AOVD system offers a choice of 25 feature films, 10 TV Programmes,35 Music Albumns and 25 Interactive Video Games. If you are travelling Garuda Executive Class, the A330-200 offers electronic Flatbed Seats with 74" pitch and 180 degees recline. They have an 11" touchscreed LCD integrated into the armrest. The TV and Table can be moved aside if you want to leave your seat.
