I remember seeing the flower market after we left Ramianya in Denpasar at the back road heading back into Kuta, hope this helps. I have also gotten one of the house boys to get flowers around 7pm for me for a friends birthday so I think they open realy early. You could always ask one of the staff at your hotel to go on their bike and pick up flowers for you like I did. 200,000rp brough a lovely big bunch with fresh roses and everything, they lasted about 5 days in the room.
