Jl Mertasari No. 1B - turn right at the end of Rons street at the big tree and keep going. Its not that far up on the left. They do good stone massages and very cheap.
Another good one was Mandurah Spa up on the main street (can't remember the name of street but its the long one) past Hardy's on the right - a very nice one.
