Which local (not tourist) markets?

When I travel, I always like checking out markets where the locals shop. I've had great fun with this in places like Vietnam and in Latin America. There is always lots of colour & movement & you get to see how the locals live, what they buy, what they eat...

We will be in Bali for the first time, staying in Sanur, Candi Dasa & Ubud.

Any local markets you can recommend within cooee of these places?
