This year, I hired a motorcycle for Rp 20,000 a day from a fellow operating from the footpath near the Bombing Monument. he would have supplied surfboard racks and a flimsy helmet if I asked.
The reason you did not see any bikes with surfboard racks for hire is that are attached when a customer requests them.
