It will depend where abouts you are in the queue.
If they have definitely cancelled your flight (suspended services??) you could try the credit card reversal / dispute procedure, on the basis that the vendor has conceded no intention to provide the service paid for.
This has to be done through the issuing bank I believe.
If you are among those who are still being told..."No, your flights will be on our new charter plane" (After the end of November)I don't think you can do anything.
Depending on the amount owed, you could try a call to a solicitor specialising in consumer law, but this will cost you.
If anyone rattles the cage enough, there may be a chance of a "one off" payment, perhaps with a "keep quiet" rider attached.
I suspect Indojet monitor this site (I would if I were them!!), so maybe they will expect a call from you??!!
To be honest, the picture is looking pretty bleak.
